Renting out through out Base Airbnb Management is possible when you want to rent out your property through out the year, for example as an investment property, or occasionally when you are on a holiday or away for a certain time a year, or you just have a spare bedroom, grannyflat or level that you would like to rent out.

We will manage your Airbnb property and we will handle everything from that moment forward, dependent on your preferences. This all includes:

We make sure your Airbnb page looks attractive, the description of the property is up to date and professional and recent photos are available. We also define the guest profile together.

  • Pricing Strategy

We offer a market appraisal for low season, mid season,  high season and festive season for your property. Together we optimise your income by setting up a pricing policy.

  • Guest communication

We communicate with your guests, answer enquiry regarding your property and availability. We’re always available 24/7.

  • Booking Management

Manage your online calendar all year round so you have your hands free. Just let us know the dates you’d like to block out and enjoy the property to yourselves.

  • Check-in & Check-out service + Key handover

We meet and greet with guests and on departure we inspect the property thoroughly as well as a routine maintenance

  • Linen and towels

We provide linen, towels and bath mats.

Guests can contact us anytime, 24/7.

  • House manual

We create a personal house manual for your guests.

  • Cleaning

We clean your property between guest’s visits, clean and change of the linen, towels and bathmats. After every guest that stays we send in our professional cleaning crew to inspect the property and make it sparkle ready for the next guests we are welcoming.

 

We will keep you informed during each step in the process, dependent on your preferences.

Cleaning fees are added to each booking and paid for by the guests.
